Returns claims

Key Information : The warranty is effective from the date of purchase from LIV. Please present the original receipt as proof of purchase. Products eligible for warranty coverage must be in proper condition, with the original packaging and all accessories intact. Warranty claims will not be accepted for products that show signs of missing parts, physical impact, water damage, or misuse, in accordance with the specified warranty terms and conditions.

In the event of a product issue within 7 days of receiving your item, LIV will process a free claim. Please contact our customer service team and report the cause or issue according to the product warranty terms and the company’s specified conditions.*

1. If the product is found to be defective.

2. Explain the problem of the product.

Please describe the problem thoroughly and include your name, address, and phone number for arranging the return shipment to the company.

3. Once you have received confirmation from our staff.

Once the product claim has been confirmed by our staff, please securely pack the product in suitable packaging to protect it from damage during transit.

4. Send the product for claim through the courier.

Please provide your full name, address, and phone number, and describe the product issue or defect in detail (this information is crucial) Include the information inside the box or securely attach it to the outside.

5. Customers proceed to deliver products back to the company.

7. Send back products

After confirming the issue and verifying the defect or damage, the company will arrange to return the product to you as quickly as possible. Delivery will be completed within 3–7 business days without any additional shipping charges (excluding weekends and public holidays).

8. Notify the parcel number

Our representative will inform you of the new tracking number via the contact method you provided.

The company will inspect the product and assess whether the damage falls under the warranty terms. If it is determined to be covered, the company reserves the sole right to decide whether to repair the defective product or replace it with the same or an equivalent product. All repairs, replacement parts, labor costs, and technician travel expenses will be covered by the company under the warranty conditions. However, the company will not be responsible for any additional or special costs incurred in connection with the repair of the defective product, nor for any repairs made without the company's prior approval. Any defective parts removed during the repair process will become the property of the company. In the event that the defective product is no longer available, the company will replace it with a suitable alternative at its sole discretion.
